Shipping Info & Rates
Orders placed after 12 noon (Mountain Time) will normally be shipped the next business day.
Business days include monday through friday, excluding nationally and locally recognized holidays
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order, and are based on the total weight of products being ordered; and most importantly, we always have fair shipping rates.
Tracking information may not be available for the first 2 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
All orders are subject to verification, and in the case it does not verify immediately, there will be a delay. Please follow instructions on the checkout for fastest verification. We may also call you to verify an order.
In the event that an order is lost/damaged in shipping, we will complete a claims policy with the carrier, after which time you will receive a refund.
Special note about international orders, customs, and import duties:
- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
- For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
- If orders are returned to us undeliverable, you may be responsible for payment of any related duties or extra shipping expenses incurred.
- Occassionally, delays may occur in customs (especially for USPS Priority International). These delays are not part of the quoted delivery times.
- For orders sent via USPS Priority International, the U.S. Post office requires a minimum of 45 days before filing a claim for the reason mentioned above. For greater reliability, we recommend choosing any one of the other shipping methods available as these can be tracked (USPS Priority Intl. cannot be tracked).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
